Comprehensive Festival Inclusions

Fees include breakfast and second meal daily; tuition for all workshops, performances, lectures, one group site and museum admissions, all local group ground transportation and 2 banquet events. Airport transfers, tips and beverages are not included.

 

While the Isadora Duncan International Institute, Inc. (IDII) will make every possible effort to ensure the comfort of Festival participants, the IDII is not responsible for changing rooms or cancellations once travel has commenced.

Group Bus Transfer To and From Athens Airport

Participants will need to arrive at Athens International (Eleftherios Venizelos) in the morning of Sunday, May 22nd, ready to depart for Delphi hotel via private coach at 12:30 PM. ** Flights from the US often originate one day prior to arrival.

At the completion of the Festival, buses returning to Athens from Delphi will leave on Saturday, May 28th at 6AM to ensure ample time to prepare for transatlantic flights. Transfer cost will be modest and assessed closer to the journey. Payment will be taken at the hotel.

If you require an airport transfer on another day, arrangements may be made through contacting the
Delphi Palace Hotel. Please mention your festival participation.

In the event that the Festival cannot be held due to global conditions, all deposits will be retained for a future Games or IDII course of your choosing.

The Isadora Duncan International Institute, Inc., is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit educational organization founded in 1977 by dancer Maria-Theresa Duncan, Isadora Duncan’s adopted daughter and student, and Kay Bardsley, noted dance historian and scholar. The IDII is a global dance organization on five continents whose mission is to preserve of the choreographic and philosophical legacy of Isadora Duncan, to enhance education through classical studies in art and movement, and to maintain the archive of materials from founder, Maria-Theresa Duncan.
